AMAZING PRODUCT! |
|
This is one of the best amps/AV receivers money can buy for under £200. 120w from each speaker ensures great sound, and the quality is very good - it is clear, and the bass is deep and clean. Great surround sound with Dolby Digital Pro Logic II and DTS (6.1), with all levels adjustable for perfection, and lots of different settings for different moods. This also has a tuner, and a load of different sound and video connections to hook up all of your electronics (including optical and s-video). This product is very recommended if you dont have too much to spend, and are looking for a great cinema experience from all of your electronics.

Simply outstanding system for the money |

Which system should i go for? that was the question i toyed with for ages before opting for this. Let me tell you now this thing will blow you away, its the best sixty quid ive ever spent. The sound quality is superb with its excellent deep bass response from the subwoofer and pin sharp clarity of tone from the five satellites. The system came well packaged and with all necessary conections for various types of A.V. equipment. I wanted to improve the sound quality of my t.v and all the a.v stuff runing through it,dvd player, video player, cable box & games console. By conecting the RCA cable from the audio sockets of my scart block adapter into the amp of this little beauty it gave me a vast improvement of sound on all equipment whether im watching dvd, video, cable or playing games. MTVs never sounded so good. To me it would seem a waste of such a brilliant piece of kit just to run a dvd player through it but if you decide to purchase it and for whatever purpose im sure, like me, you will not be disappointed.

Blistering performance @ budget pricing |

Although I had heard of Typhoon in the past, I had never had the opportunity to actually try out a set of Typhoon speakers, so I was torn between the safe option of going for a major name at a much higher price or a Typhoon 5.1 system. I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made, I was gob smacked at the sheer quality and volume of this system which, when combined with a fantastic little all-region DVD player that I found, created a complete home cinema system. Intrigued by the mystery Typhoon brand I have since done some research and discovered that, far from being an unknown make, Typhoon are actually a huge German manufacturer (a household name across most of Europe) so I cannot think why they seem to have only recently come to the UK. Its going to be a great Christmas for couch potatoes everywhere (my wish list of DVDs in growing by the day) buy one of these, lay in a crate of beer and a stack of DVDs and prepare to meet the best stocking-filler ever!
